Refund policy

All products sold on BreatheMama (mybreathemama.com) are 100% digital, printable files (PDF worksheets, cards, planners, and binders). We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
No financial refunds are offered on any digital product. Because every item is an instant digital download, all purchases are non-refundable. Where we do step in (see "When we will help" below), we resolve issues by resending or replacing your file, not by returning your money.
Digital delivery and final sales
Because your file is delivered instantly and automatically after payment, and because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final once your download link has been issued. We're unable to offer refunds simply for change of mind, an accidental purchase after the file has been downloaded, or because a product wasn't what you expected once opened.
When we will help
We want you to actually be able to use what you bought. We'll happily send a replacement file
- Your file is missing, corrupted, or won't open
- You received the wrong item
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- A technical issue on our end prevented delivery entirely
Just email us at hello@breathemama.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order number, and we'll sort it out quickly.
Cancellations
Because delivery is automatic and immediate the moment payment is confirmed, we're not able to cancel an order once it's been completed. If you change your mind before checkout is finished, simply close the page before payment. No charge will be made.
