When do I get the files?
The moment your payment clears. A download button appears on the confirmation page, and the same links arrive by email within a minute or two.
Does anything get posted to me?
No. Everything here is a digital PDF you print at home or at a copy shop. Nothing ships, so there are no delivery costs and no waiting.
What if my printer is bad?
These are drawn for tired home printers — bold shapes, clear type, no thin lines. Print at 100% scale on plain paper and it will be readable. For the posters, a copy shop on 200gsm matte looks best.
Can I get a refund?
Digital files cannot be returned, so we do not do refunds by default — but if a file is broken, the wrong size, or not what the listing described, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
Can I print them more than once?
Yes. Print as many copies as you want for your own home, and for grandparents or a childminder who has your toddler. Please do not resell them or share the PDF publicly.
I lost my download link.
Use Find my download in the footer and enter the email you paid with. The links do not expire, so they will still work.
